I’m offering a gentle Lunch & Learn workshop where I’ll teach you a simple energy-based practice you can use at night—when your body and energy field are naturally more open—to begin working with those deeper patterns while you sleep.

  • Begin shifting patterns that may be keeping you stuck, overwhelmed, or depleted
