try something new

Try something new each month, here's how!

For many years, one of my New Year's resolutions was to try something new each month. When I went back to school 4 years ago, that idea fell to the wayside. This year I have started that project again and here are some ideas if you want to try it too!

Finding new and fun activities to do each month in your area can be a great way to explore your community and try new things. Here are some tips for discovering activities and events in your area:
  1. Use online resources to search for events and activities happening in your area. Websites such as Eventbrite, Meetup, and Facebook Events can be useful for finding local events and activities.
  2. Check the websites of local community organizations, such as libraries, museums, and parks, for information about upcoming events and activities. These organizations often offer a variety of programs and events that are open to the public.
  3. Look for local newsletters or community calendars that list upcoming events and activities. These can be found online or in print, and can be a great source of information about what's happening in your community.
  4. Ask friends, family, and colleagues for suggestions and recommendations. They may know of events or activities that you haven't heard of, and can provide valuable insights and tips.
  5. Consider trying new activities that you haven't done before, such as taking a dance class, joining a book club, or trying a new outdoor adventure. Stepping outside of your comfort zone can be a great way to discover new passions and interests.
  6. Finally, be open to new experiences and take advantage of opportunities as they arise. You never know what fun and exciting things you might discover if you keep an open mind and stay curious.

Hear My Story

Welcome — I'm so glad you're here.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins with awareness. Through compassionate inquiry, we explore where you are now, how you feel, and the life events that brought you here. From that foundation, we co-create a path forward—one rooted in clarity, empowerment, and meaningful change.

I began my journey in energy healing in 2011, guided unexpectedly by a message during a holistic event that introduced me to Quantum Touch. That spark led me to years of study and certification in Quantum Touch, Brennan Healing Science, and Oola Life Coaching. My practice has since grown to include in-person and distance healing sessions, with a special focus on supporting individuals navigating cancer treatment and people in physical pain.

Whether you're seeking physical, emotional, or spiritual support, my work is designed to meet you exactly where you are—and help you move toward where you want to be.
